- Quiet the chaos babe.
Quiet the chaos babe.
Not every thought deserves your energy.
Hey babe,
Ever feel like your brain just won’t shut up?
Like one little thought spirals into 10,000 scenarios that haven’t even happened… but somehow they ruin your mood anyway?
Yeah. Been there.
Welcome to the club no one asked to join: Overthinkers Anonymous.
But here’s the truth no one tells you
Your mind isn’t your enemy. It’s just loud.
It’s trying to protect you. It’s trying to predict. To prevent. To prepare.
But all it’s really doing is draining your peace.
You don’t need to “shut your mind off.”
You just need to stop believing everything it says.
Because not every thought is true.
Not every fear is real.
Not every spiral deserves your energy.
The version of you that overthinks everything?
That’s the version that got hurt.
That’s the version that needed control to survive.
But girl… you’re not her anymore. You’re healing. You’re growing. You’re choosing peace now.
So let the thoughts be loud.
But don’t let them lead.
Let them speak. But don’t let them stay.
You’re the main character now. And you don’t have time to play therapist to your intrusive thoughts.
This week, give yourself permission to:
🖤 Take space from people who trigger your overthinking
🖤 Say “no” without over-explaining
🖤 Let go of the need to be “easy to love”
🖤 Choose peace over proving your point
Try this:
Every time your brain spirals, ask:
“Is this happening now… or is this just my anxiety talking?”
Sometimes naming it is enough to take its power away.
A quote for you:
“You don’t have to believe everything you think.”
Your brain is a narrator. You get to choose the story.
A song to carry you:
🎧 "Gasoline" – Halsey
For the girl who feels everything, questions everything, but keeps going anyway.
Your mind wants to protect you, but protection isn’t always peace.
And peace is what you deserve, babe.
So breathe. Let the thoughts pass. Let the storm calm.
You’re still in control. You always were.
Even when it’s loud, you’re louder.
Even when it’s messy, you’re magic.
Even when you spiral, you always come back stronger.
You’re not broken. You’re just thinking too loud.
But trust me, peace is still possible
And you’re already on your way.
Always with you,
Felipa 💌
