The world is messy. People gossip, spill tea, drag others, and beg for your attention. And every time you lean in to other people’s chaos, you shrink your own energy.

You’ve been trained to care. To check. To “stay informed.” To make yourself available for everyone else’s drama. But let me tell you something: strategic ignorance is power.

Ignoring the unnecessary noise doesn’t make you heartless. It makes you focused, calm, and unstoppable. You don’t owe anyone a reaction. You don’t owe anyone your mental space. And you sure as hell don’t owe anyone your peace.

  • Drama is contagious. The more you know, the more you absorb.
