Healing is embarrassing, actually.

No one’s posting the part where they fall apart at 1am.

💌 Dear Woman,

No one tells you this part:

Healing can feel humiliating.

You might go back to them, twice.
You might cry over something that happened 10 years ago.
You might cancel plans because you can’t stop spiraling.
You might beg, block, unblock, then beg again.

It’s not cute.
It’s not aesthetic.
It’s not easy.

But it’s still healing.

People act like once you “decide to heal,” it’s this clean, upward journey.

It’s not. It’s a damn mess.

One day you’re journaling your breakthroughs.
The next, you’re stalking someone’s Instagram at 1 a.m.
Then suddenly, you’re deleting everything and moving in silence.

That’s what real healing looks like:
Chaotic. Nonlinear. Cringe-worthy.

You are strong enough to go through this and become stronger every damn time with new memories and new challenges.

This week, give yourself permission to:

  • Be a little lost.

  • Feel embarrassed about how long it’s taking.

  • Not have an answer. Not have a plan. Not have it together.

Try this:

Text yourself instead of them.
Cry without analyzing it.
Say, “I’m not okay today,” and don’t apologize for it.

A quote for you:

“Healing isn’t about becoming the best version of yourself. It’s about letting the worst version of yourself finally feel safe.”

A song to carry you:

🎧 “exes” – Tate McRae
Bold. Honest. Heartbreak with attitude, the kind of anthem every woman owns when she’s reclaiming her power.

You’re not failing.
You’re not broken.
You’re just shedding old skin.

It’s messy, but it’s working.

With you,

Felipa ❤️
